July the 27th at 6:30pm, Goethe-Institut Kigali invites all of you very kindly to the rwandan premiere of the web series TUKO- LIFE IN GOMA !!

Produced, directed and shot by ten yound artists and aspiring filmmakers, the series shows the city of Goma from the perspectives of young creatives, overcoming their countries’ shared history to create new narratives of a city usually known for war and natural disasters.
In five episodes, it explores the vibrant art scene, the city’s peculiar phenomenons like the similarities between the church and bar culture, unemployment or urban myths and paints intimate portraits of the city’s diverse inhabitants.
