New visa regulation for Rwanda

Pertinent information for citizens of Australia, Germany, Israel, New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States: As of 1 November, you will now have to pay $30 upon arrival in Rwanda for a 30-day visa.
